Lameria is an art-led creative studio rooted in a deep connection to nature, emotion and the unseen. I work across photography, visual identities, websites, Soul Portraits and art, creating spaces for stories, energies and beauty to unfold.
BEHIND LAMERIA
Larissa Maddy
I’m a Swiss artist, photographer and creative director, working at the intersection of art, nature, and intuitive design. My work is a reflection of the inner world, shaped by sensitivity, curiosity and a desire to translate feeling into form.
I've always created. Through photography, painting, words, design, spaces, whatever medium allowed an idea, a feeling or a moment to take form.
The way I create has changed many times over the years, just as I have. Some chapters have been quieter, others more expressive. I've explored different paths, learned different skills and followed different interests. But creativity has always been the thread running through all of them.
For a long time, I thought having so many passions was something I needed to narrow down. That I should choose one thing, one direction, one way of defining what I do.
Today, I see it differently. I think it's one of my greatest gifts.
My sensitivity allows me to notice. Photography teaches me to see. Art teaches me to feel and trust intuition. Design teaches me how to give ideas structure. And every experience along the way has shaped the way I create today. Lameria is where those worlds finally get to meet.
AN EVOLVING JOURNEY
Our journeys are deeply individual. Life can be beautiful and heartbreaking, clear and messy, gentle and impossibly hard. It shapes us in ways we could never plan for, and somewhere along the way, I think many of us find ourselves searching for meaning in being here.
Perhaps there is a grand purpose. Perhaps purpose is also found in much smaller things. Like in the people we love, the places that move us, the things we create, and the fleeting moments that make us feel completely alive.
I believe there is something extraordinary within every person. In the lives we have lived, the things we have overcome, the ideas we carry and the ways we see the world. Our stories are worth telling.
That is the heart of my work.
Whether I am capturing someone in a particular season of their life, creating a visual identity for an idea they deeply believe in, or translating something intangible into art, I want to make that magic visible.
